Delivery

We are currently shipping all orders with Evri as standard. Please note; Custom orders are taking around 1-2 weeks to process as each order is made especially for you! Stocked products such as our Toys, Tick Twisters, T-Shirts or Limited Edition hair bows will be shipped within 3-5 days.

The delivery time will start the day your item has been dispatched. Processing times vary, during busy times orders can take up to 14 days to be dispatched.

When ordering, check that you have entered the correct delivery address, unfortunately we can't be held responsible if the address is incorrect at the time of order.

If your order has not arrived, please contact the selected courier for further information. If your parcel still hasn’t arrived 1 week after your dispatch email, contact us and we will endeavour to help where possible.

Delays are common during busy periods. Please order ahead of time if you are looking for an item for a special occasion.

What size best suits my dog?

Are your Harris Tweed products genuine?

Yes. Country Threads is a registered Harris Tweed artisan which means all of our products come with an authenticity tag and have been made with sustainability in mind. We get our tweeds directly from the Aisle of Harris, often straight off the mill!

How long is your dispatch timeframe?

All of our items are lovingly handmade. We aim to dispatch orders within 14 days, however most orders will be sent sooner. Please note, dispatch does not include shipping timeframes. Where possible, we are happy to help if you need your order quickly, please contact us.

I am local, can I collect my order?

Absolutely!

When placing your order, please select the collection dropdown. Once your order has been marked as ‘processing’, I will contact you to arrange collection.

It may be possible to have your order delivered, this will be scheduled around my calendar so please don’t rely on a scheduled delivery if you need your order by a certain date or time.

Can I return an item?

Yes, please contact us should you need to return an order.

Some of our products are handmade and made-to-order. This means we can’t accept returns.

Please contact us asap if you need to cancel your order, once it has been made, we can’t accept refunds.
